At MetaSoft BD, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We strive to deliver all products and services within the agreed timeline. However, we understand that delays or issues may occasionally occur. The following outlines our return and refund policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
If MetaSoft BD fails to deliver the promised service or digital product within the specified delivery timeframe, the customer will be eligible for a refund of BDT 100 as compensation.
This refund is applicable only when:
Full payment has been made in advance.
The delay was caused solely by our team.
The customer has not requested any changes, modifications, or revisions that may cause additional time.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued once the product or service has been successfully delivered as per the original order.
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by:
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Communication delays or lack of response from the customer’s end.
External factors beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, third-party services, internet outages).
3. How to Claim a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team via email or our official contact form within 3 working days of the missed deadline.
The claim must include the payment proof and details of the service ordered.
If the claim is valid, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
